Apologies all around to those of you that were receiving a head’s up email everytime we posted, we have taken everyone off the list. It seems that people were receiving very rough drafts of things not published yet. Assuming that there was some internal problem at blogger.com, we chose to take everyone off just to be safe. Thanks for reading and spread the word.
